Join dog lovers across North America as we all raise money to rescue Mini Aussies in need!
MARSwalk is a unique fundraiser where everyone takes part in their own communities on the same day all across North America. You can take sponsorships for walking, running or for competing in a dog sport (agility, flyball, obedience, herding, frisbee, conformation, etc.) on Saturday May 17 , 2008.
MARSwalk is our most important fundraiser of the year. Without it, we won't be able to pay vet bills for our rescue dogs this summer. Please help make it a success.

save a Miniature Australian Shepherd.

Walkers get the same prizes for the sponsor money they raise, but the prizes are cumulative for all walkers. For example, if you raise at least $500 from your sponsors, you get ALL of the prizes listed above. It's our way of saying "Thank You" for walking and drawing special attention to MARS and our great little dogs.

Walk with Us!
Joining MARSwalk2008 is very simple. Just register with MARS so that we know you will be walking with us. To register online or by mail use the Registration link below.
Once you've registered, print the MARSwalk2008 Kit and Sponsor Sheet and you can start planning your walk.
Who Can Participate?
Everyone is welcome to take part in MARSwalk2008. You don't have to have a Mini Aussie or even have a dog to join MARSwalk. And kids are welcome to take part in MARSwalk, too. You can walk on your own or with other Mini Aussie folks in your area. Your dogs are welcome to walk too, of course!
In order to qualify for any prizes, you must have pre-registered for MARSwalkUSA by May 16, 2007.

MARSwalk Donations Are Tax-Deductible
Mini Aussie Rescue & Support (MARS) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to rescuing Miniature Australian Shepherd dogs and educating dog owners. Contributions are tax-deductible in accordance with IRS regulations for non-profit charities.*
* If you choose a thank-you gift when you make a donation, the IRS limits the deduction you may take to the amount of the donation minus the value of the gift. Thank-you gifts will be mailed in late June.
